Horrible! People play strang openings online especially blitz sites. I've had a similar opening played against me on here twice.
Both times the game ended under 15 moves. 1 was 8 moves black lost the queen, another was around 13ish move checkmate I think.
As white you should try for, Nf3, Bc4 Nc3 with the idea of Nd5 hitting the queen and the c7 pawn since it will be a fork etc.... The best square for the black knight is on f6 and the queen is depriving black's knight of his best square.
These were back in the day, 1.5 years ago so the rating difference wasn't that big. Maybe Rhp will fix that one day, and store the actual ratings during the game instead of new ratings.
I see it alot in blitz on ICC with lower rated players. The best for white is just to develop normally. In a few moves black will be in trouble because he has no good place to put his g knight which usually controlls d5 square and you can harass the queen to no end, developing in the process. I don't know why people play it.
