Best not.
Someone may chip with some advice.
A lot of readers never back track so won't know it's a game in progress.
Quick change the subject of this thread but keep it within the
bounds of the original title.
Yes you are right King Edward II lost his Queen to typhoid very early on.
but still won his games of tennis.
Surely this belongs in the History Forum.
(I think I've fooled them...fingers crossed).
Game 7441874
OK so the game has finished and I lost my Queen around move 16. My opponent made a large blunder around move 49 leaving his Queen pinned to his King - which i took advantage of.

I don't know about later in the game, but just glancing at this position, I think it was still winnable for Black at move 37:
Black to move, the queen should just take the b-pawn. The rook can't capture the a-pawn because of the queen fork on b8. Now the black a-pawn just advances until White has to sacrifice the rook for the passed pawn.
There is also a selfish reason.
This is from OP's game.
This is from one of my OTB games in the 90's. (I'm Black)
The games are linked in as much I sacced my Queen. (instead of losing it).
Here.
I played 12...Bxe2 and why not. the lad too comfortable in his chair.
I've moved the Queen once. I'm not moving it again.
Then it was into a game I enjoy playing (a losing game). 🙂
He had a clear middle game win but my old allie the clock
helped out as he sneaked into time trouble.
So we came down to the ending in question.
He then pulled off a beatiful stroke which I fell into.
I don't mind losing if it's done with a bit of style.
