En Passant

I haven't had occasion to use the En Passant, until recently when what appeared to be a board failure after Checkmate - I sent feedback asking to have the board removed. I received a response to look in the 'help files' for En Passant. In the meantime I resigned the game at the request of my opponent (to draw or resign, whichever moved the game out of rotation)

In any event, I would be most appreciative if I could have some of Your feedback - Checkmate? or En Passant?
