this is before Kc3 okay here is the full line

1.Kb4 Ke1 2.Bh4+ Ke2 3.Bb5+ Kf3 4.Ba4-c6+ Ke2 DRAWN.

Whites best first move is 1.Bd7! but I already gave the draw for that.

so, 4. ... Ke2 5. Kc3!! and black still cannot promote!! I WIN DAMNIT!!

ok, let's back up, you are right...
Bf2 does nothing...
s Ka6 is indeed the winning move, allowing the bishop to get to a5

well that settles it I and rubberjaw were both wrong. but at least I was right that Kb4 was a draw.

yah, engines aside now that I look at it that seems to be the only move. Nice that you guys are working this out though... do this in your real games and you're on the way to 2000 levels.
