Is it close to FIDEs or not ? Maybe inflated a bit ? Anyone has FICS and FIDE rating so I can compare ?

Very inflated! It's really just a blitz site, no-one seems to have a clue when there are more than 3 minutes on the clock.

after some level(about 2000) it is pretty similar...I know some FMs and 2000+ guys that have about the same ELO and FICS standard rating and they regularly play on both...
