This will be different for everyone. I blitz my moves on RHP ( no more than 1 minute tops per move) and don't play it as correspondence chess, I don't analyze thouroughly etc. Some people do and will have a higher rating because of it, I play OTB seriously and play here for relaxation.
Some people here will have a better FIDE rating than correspondence (like me), others might be stronger at CC and will have a lower FIDE rating. It's a totally different game.

Are there any FIDE rated players out there who could give us an idea of how RHP ratings compare? I am not rated.
He puts quite a bit of energy into RHP, so I'd guess this is a good point of data in trying to map FIDE ELO to RHP rating.

No, just don't even bother to compare any online ratings to FIDE or national federations. It's squirrels to cucumbers.
but why do I have a feeling that a fast athlete in 100meters will overcame any amateur in 5000m also...and similar, a good athlete in 1000m will overrun any patzer in 100meters also...
some can run, some just canot...
Yes, there is a correlation, but the rating systems, pools and circumstances are so different that making precise estimates is not possible. Moreover, most don't take online chess seriously compared to OTB chess, be it FIDE or a national federation like the USCF. I sometimes play online when I'm so tired that I would never even consider playing an OTB game.
