I wonder what is on those 9 (unexamined) floppy discs.
also:
"Present also is a copy of Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess with a note
laid in seeming to indicate that Fischer planned on suing the publishers."
Seems he disliked that book as well.
A bargain at $80.000.

Originally posted by greenpawn34if only i had a spare 80,000 dollars, i would buy these religious relics and put them in a large home, in the shape of a rook, with two imposing figures of knights, thirty foot high on either side, guarding the entrance. As one ventured into the sunken portico, naturally a square of sixty four, one could gaze at them , where they lay, in air conditioned and temperately controlled rooms, through tainted glass, in case of U.V light, and reflect on the figure that has inspired so many to take up the royal game!

In the last round Tal's health took a bad turn,he was taken to hospital forcing him to forfeit the round.
Only 1 player visited him in the hospital.Guess who 🙂
This was,of course, before he went completely bonkers.
