I usually only try to force a draw when I don' t think I have much chance of winning. In this game I (black) had sac'd a piece against a higher rated opponent, so went for the draw from here:
I played 20. ...Qh2+ and forced a perpetual check.
What is white's best defense to ...Ng4?
Could black have done better than forcing the draw?

Mr. Rich Johnson I have taken a look at your game and while I like your thinking in stealing a few rating points...I must regret to inform you that you had a win in the bag! Look below:
1. c4 c5 2. Nc3 Nf6 3. g3 Nc6 4. Bg2 e6 5. e4 e5 6. Nge2 d6 7. h3 Be6 8. d3 Be7 9. O-O Qd7 10. Kh2 O-O-O 11. a3 h5 12. f4 Ng4+ 13. hxg4 Bxg4 14. fxe5 Nxe5 15. d4 Bxe2 16. Qxe2 cxd4 17. Nd5 h4 18. Nxe7+ Qxe7 19. gxh4 Qxh4+ 20. Kg1 Qh2+ 21. Kf2 d3 {This is the move that was missed... its the straw that breaks the camels back!} 22. Qd2 Ng4+ {This is a move you proposed above...and there is virtually nothing white can do to stop the material gain from here.} 23. Ke1 {Kf3 will lead to a mating net.} Qg3+ 24. Kd1 Rh2 {The nail in the coffin. I don't see a mate from here. But after the wholesale swap black has a rook on the 2nd and can get his d8 rook to h1 either pinning whites bishop to his king on e1 or swapping off whites only active piece (the rook).} *
