Can't honestly see the authors minding because they've both been out of print for many years. Actually, just because a book is out of print, doesn't mean it's OK to reproduce and / or distribute it.
Copyright in the UK at the very least lasts 70 years, if I'm correct, from the date of publication or the author's death which ever is longest.
Not having a go, just that I work in the publishing industry!

how to read the game anotations in some of those books? for example , what does K-t6 mean?
