Yeah I haven't played many games here, I prefer live games but I have 6 in progress now. Not sure what you meant by your comment but I am rated around 1900 USCF...

What is different from yours and the ones I get with viruses in my inbox. Have you had a certificate of authenticity to ensure yours is genuine?

I would love to have a screensaver like this - but I don't test it anyway.

This is a very handy thing to hand over trojans. How can I be sure that there is no hidden code, browsing my hard disk drive for secret Visa number and codes and passwords and other personal info?

Here is what I'm going to do. I wait and see if anyone else has downloaded it and give their respons. I'm sure that if anyone has problems with his computer after the download and installing the screensaver program then he will tell us. And then I know that I did the right thing - not to download the screensaver.

I like the screensaver. I imagine that when you come back to the screen, you first watch how the game ends!
I might use it at my work, not at my home though, I think my girlfriend likes the screensaver with a sliedshow of pictures from our kids better than a chess game 🙄

I wrote it using Java, just thought I would share it. No problem if you are concerned about trojans or whatever, its just a pet project of mine...

Is the source code available? I sent you a message on FICS asking the same question.
