Fritz 7 Problem

For anyone who has the chess program Fritz 7...

Recently I attempted to put the program onto "sparring mode" and an error message appeared. I tried again only to find the same resulting message. Considering that I bought the program yesterday, I am rather dumbfounded. Any suggestions or reccomendations?

They have great articles at chessbase.com

go to support and then T-notes. Maybe the problem is covered there and you can learn alot about Fritz features.

Other than that, e-mail chessbase. They got back to me quickly when I had a problem.
