Fritz had an intresting idea here of 22. Qf7 a whole point under the d6 move, but still a very intresting variation :-)

If you mean "agreed " to "not use"? I do not know the so called TOA. To use a program for a rated game in here is not allowed, but in a unrated game when the players agree to the use of a program it is at least winked at by the powers that be.
