Any advice on getting out of a slump?
None of it makes sense to me right now.
I've lost something like nine games in a row here, OTB is going terribly, my CTS/Ct-ART performance has dropped...
I feel like I'm just not seeing it- even in games where I get an advantage I'm blowing it.

I'm very tempted to resign everything and take a break for a few weeks.
Any home remedies?
HELP!!!

You are correct It's a slump.

You must play your way out of it. You are getting better and trying to
put your new ideas into your games. They are not gelling YET.
You will emerge a better player.

I would think that sometimes this would be the result of having success. Your rating goes up, you play a new group of better players. What used to work on lowerer rated players doesn't work against higher rated players, so you start losing.

Then again, I've read where someone said that chess is a glass mountain with reasoning that greenpawn gave.

This constantly happens to me. Just being not fully interested in chess for a couple of days leads to tons of sub-par moves.

If you have hit chess hard and have improved and you are getting good results, but then you hit a slump. I find it helpful to take a break like you said. You will be fresh, wanting to play, and probally better. Let the tactics that you have done soak in 🙂

My slump has lasted over twenty years, and there's no end in sight. 😛

Definitely take a break. I wouldn't resign your games here, but don't play OTB or CTS for a little bit ( a week was usually plenty for me) and move slowly here. Also, do something else fun/rewarding in between. Something to take your mind off chess and keep you relaxed.

quit playing so many games = less blunders. Also like said above quit playing for a week. you see the board differently with a break.
