G/30 + 5 second delay

I played a G/30 tournament yesterday and I'm looking for some suggestions on how to improve on my only loss. I tied for second here with 3.5/5

I played the sac in time trouble.... I think Qg4 would be better.

My 3rd round game was also very interesting. I played an 1880 in a game which started 1.b3 and was basically level the entire way. He made me prove my endgame skills and we eventually agreed to a draw here.
