I'm just wondering, what would have happened if Rb3 when check. Then if rooks traded would the bishop pair be stronger?

In Susan Polgar's blog all the GMs agree that Rb3 was lousy.

Topalov's played so badly in the last five moves or so, I just wonder if Kramnik will be able to grind out a win?
