They've been up since March 2000 on that page according to the Internet Archive.
You'd think if you were making a movie which basically takes the stance that the IBM team cheated you'd at least look for the evidence that could prove your case. That is unless of course you found it, found it didn't prove your case and made your documentary pretty uninteresting.
