'Fraid not. One option would be to set up a game from a set piece and just set the pieces up how you want them. This has the disadvantage of:-

a) you still have the original game going on,
b) the newly created game from a set piece of your choice isn't a rated game, and
c) I'm not sure it's possible to go through the move history of a set piece game - I don't think it used to be possible but it may have changed by now

...but it's the best RHP can do.

Or if you agree. Makes moves on the board to reset the position. This of course doesn't work if pawns were moved but it is an option! 😀

Or if pieces have been taken.
But, you could set up a set piece game from the required position, play until you have a winner, then whoever loses resigns the original game.
On the whole I don't think the site should have a take-back feature, though.

But when both players agree, and the game would be spoiled with that move? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to take it back?

Yes, it would be nice, especially for those mistakes one notices immediately after clicking 'Move'. Perhaps the player with the move could have an 'offer take-back' option, presented in a similar way to 'offer draw'. If you wanted to ask for a take-back, you would send your opponent a private message and hope he read it before entering his move.

I'm not sure how 'offer draw' works, but it would be great if 'offer take-back' could be something one would select in addition to entering a move; that way less time would be lost if the other player didn't want the take-back (although it would mean there was one extra move to undo...)

Some players might be insulted by being offered a take-back, and some might not like to be asked; but they could always put that in their profile.
