I'm guessing you meant "...the man acts mad." Is that right?

It does portray him in a sassy light. After reading the article, I feel like I know the man. I rarely come across literature that I enjoy reading as much as I enjoyed that article.

What do you mean by site tags?

I'd really like to know at what point Fischer decided chess was worthless. Right after winning the World Chp he stated that he would be a playing champion. Then he refused to play anyone for a variety of reasons, came out of retirement and played Spassky again, back to retirement. Ended up in Iceland. Sort of like Shelly's Frankenstein. Didn't the monster end up stranded on an ice floe at the end of the book? Well, he did a lot of good for chess while active, especially conditions for professional chess players, publicity for the game, etc. So i don't rank him in the Satanic class. His opinions are crazy and full of hate, but they are opiniions. He's never killed anybody (I don't think.)

wouldnt it drive you mad to never find piece in ur life bcuz ur good at a game? many people believe he owes everyone in the chess world something, i think he made the right decision. after all, his name still hasnt been forgotten, so what more does he have to prove?

its been said, there is a thin line between genius and insanity.. theres a good bbc documentary on you tube in four parts, and on google, at the end, one of his icelandic friends, apparently this guy is one of his closest, long time friends, anywyas he says that at one moment, fischer, at a weak moment, says "the only thing i can do, is play chess" then a smile comes over his face and he says "but i do that rather well"...
