Half a century of chess by botvinik

Any of you read it? What do you think?

A good book, and well worth the read. Every game is quality, and I think Botvinnik was very good at explaining the essence of a position or a plan with clarity.

I own it, the games are of course excellent but the annotations are a bit sparse. If you don't already have it I would suggest "100 Selected Games" by Botvinnik instead.

thanks I think the 100 games is much cheaper now that I look at it too.
