Does anyone know a website or a place on this site that allows you to create your own chess scenario so others can view it? For example, if i wanted to set up a puzzle, is their a place I can go to set up the puzzle and then post it here?

why not just use the analyze board from here? i dont know how to import games though but others on the site would be glad to help you.

Search for chess programs. There are lots of free ones out there and use one of them.

Some of them are: Winboard, Crafty, Chesslite.

Then use those programs and copy and paste the fen into here.
