Playing computers does can do more harm then good...maybe you are thinking too hard...just relax..also, if you are improving...it might be one of those things where you have to go backwards to go forwards

Sounds stupid, and it is, but its true. Atleast for me.
I played on playchess for a few months and that is exactly how my rating kept changing, you get frustrated about loosing and then when your relaxed again and can concentrate, you play better and improve.
Dont be too concerned about loosing, just find out whats going wrong.
Im also in such a state right now, I keep loosing against 1300 players even though I am about a 1400 player.
