Hi, I'm new to chess and i have lost about every game i've played online. Is there any websites, books or any other method that can help me win games and improve as a chess player?

Try making some moves here.

Study a basic book like "Chess for Idiots" by GM Patrick Wolff to make sure that you know the basics. Then, beg, borrow or steal (okay, don't steal) "Logical Chess: Move by Move" by Irving Chernev. You'll be winning most of your games after reading those two books.

What if your opponents have read those books too?

Then the result should be a meticulously played draw.

If your opponent has also read both books, his "book knowledge" is about the same as yours. Whoever avoids mistakes and/or best exercises his or her imagination will probably win.

I highly recommend that you play.

Playing games will greatly increase your chance of winning.

Of course, right now you are undefeated here and if you never play a game you will remain so.
