Also a secondary question what is the strongest opening for white say first ten moves. I realise this depends on your style so lets say an aggressive 'unbeatable opening' is required!
However, there are differences between openings and if you like to max your chances of winning you might want to consider unusual openings such as bird (starting with f4). Many people (especially newer or 'weaker' players) do not know a lot of theory about bird, therefore if you do, you could have an advantage
