Do you know how FIDE elo is calculated ?

For instance , I never had a rating but I have won my first 5 games on 5
first player , 1230
second one , 1340
third one , 1480
fourth one , 1500
fifth one , 1530

what would be my rating according to FIDE ?

I know this does not answer the question, but here's a branched question.

IS the ELO / FIDE similar to RHP...That is to say, would my rating be around 1500 ELO? What do you start out as, 1200?

rhp rating is an elo rating, and no, it has no other connection to fide rating. apples & oranges.

Relative strengths. I suppose if you had a large enough sample of persons with fairly established FIDE and RHP ratings you could come up with some sort of magic number. Still apples and oranges though. Corr is quite different than OTB. Your best comparison would be with the ICCF.

first player , 1230 = apples = 327
second one , 1340 = bananas = 124
third one , 1480 = carrots = 099
fourth one , 1500 = damsons = 567
fifth one , 1530 = elephants = 104

Your rating, therefore, is 1221.

There must be some better way of working all this out. Chess, perhaps?

Ah yes of course! The "Special Tebb Conversion" famed for its infallible ability to perfectly model the psychological processes of playing chess under different time controls .. how could we all be so blind for so long??

Any day now i'm expecting the "General Tebb Conversion" to be released so that I can finally convert my RHP ELO to the ELO I would have if I was playing blitz .. underwater .. while blind folded .. under FIDE regulations
