The player hasn't moved in a week. Maybe he/she has left and not coming back.

If your opponent times out, just claim a win anyway.

Cool how do you claim the win then? Am I right in saying that a skull would appear to claim it? If so Ive not yet seen it. Any hints? And thanks for your help.

In your game list, click on info next to the game. It'll tell you the original timeout and timebank. If the person is using up their timebank, you'll see how much time in the timebank is left. When it gets to zero and they haven't moved, then you'll be able to claim the win. You may have to refresh the screen.
