Its white to move. I have gone over this several ways and am convinced that blacks king is too active for me to get around him to have a shot at the hpawn.

It definitely looks like a draw to me.

Black would still draw even without his pawn and knight, as the bishop is the wrong one to control the rook pawn's queening square.

h5 followed by Bg6 and neither white nor black can make progress.

White cannot win even if black loses both remaining pieces as the black king simply goes to h8 and white can never queen.
