Black would still draw even without his pawn and knight, as the bishop is the wrong one to control the rook pawn's queening square.

h5 followed by Bg6 and neither white nor black can make progress.

White cannot win even if black loses both remaining pieces as the black king simply goes to h8 and white can never queen.
