How to add games to database?

Hello,

I have fritz 8 and the database has games up to 2002. Is there some way I can download or update the database with games from 2003-2008? Is there a site or something where you can download a mass of pgn's?

The Week in Chess (TWIC) is where I get most of my database updates. http://www.chesscenter.com/twic/twic.html

www.chessscotland.com has a regularly updated downloads section which allows me to check out most of my opponents games here in Scotland - I don't know if other federation's sites have something similar but it's worth checking?!
