Can someone advise me how to create my own database? Since February 2003 I have completed 335 games in RHP and want to have possibility to analyze them in order to build something as “my own style”.

Well, I don't know about the downloaded database, but in normal chessbase, you just open an empty board and copy and paste the PGN in.

But you can input no more than 8000 games.

As FOIL recommended I downloaded ChessBase Light, opened a new game (as ARK13 proposed), but copy and paste the PGN in it did not work.

So FRED’s question remains: how can you put the games in this database using PGN/FEN ????

If copy and paste does not work in CB light, then use a text editor (notepad works fine). Copy each game into the document, then save with the pgn extension. You can then open the file in CB light.

You can have your past 100 games emailed, which you can then copy and paste into a notepad document. However, you may need to enter an additional line break after each game. Otherwise, CB light may consider the file corrupt.

CB8 doesn't need the extra line breaks.

I've downloaded the chessbase, and it seems fairly easy to use. My only question, is how do you transfer your games from RHP into the database? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
