How to make the games with pgn and moves

Been wanting to ask for awhile. How do you make/post those games on board here with pgn and moves buttons?

Also there is this nice button below the box in which you write text, that says:

"Insert board from FEN" (or PGN)

If FEN/PGN are new to you, you can look it up using Wikipedia.

If it's an Over The Board (OTB) game that you want to post at RHP, you can use this site to write up the moves for you, then post the game between [pgn] and [/pgn ] (just bring this last bracket closer so it will work.
