1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3. e5 c5 4. Nf3 Nc6 5.Bb5 I'm sorry, but I don't understand FEN that well. The FAQ only showed pawn movements, not pieces.
This position arose from the French Defense. I was wondering how many of you would procede from here. I'm pretty sure Black is better here with 5...Qa5 But maybe there is something better. I am aware that for white c3 should be played before the knight comes out.

I'd just continue 5... Qb6 and (if he doesn't swap on c6) 6... Bd7 threatening simply to swap on d4 breaking up his centre. If he takes the knight on c6, recapture with the pawn and you'll have loads of pressure on d4 with a second c pawn to hit it with.

5. ...Qb6; or Bd7

When White plays the advanced variation without c3 I always play cxd4. This undermines the e5 pawn as it no longer has a pawn supporting it.

Chessbase statistics aren’t very good for this move. White scores +11 –33 =6
5…Bd7, 5…Qb6, 5…a6 all have about equal success rate.
