If he's a non-subscriber then there is a chance that he/she may have signed up, started some games, and then decided he/she couldn't be bothered.

You'll just have to wait until his/her timebank is used up, and then u will be able to claim the win.

Actually, I just had a look at your public games, and the game with the longest ago move is Sept 22. That's 3 days. You'll have to learn a bit of patience, I think. Or else use the time out/ time bank to only play games where a move has to be made daily. Read the FAQ if you don't know what I'm talking about.

This is correspondence chess. People have a right not to move. That's why there is a maximum time and a time bank. Get over it. He's not playing unfair.
