And to the point that both players are underrated, cmsMaster's tourney entry rating is 1600 and his highest rating in the last 100 days is 1650. So, more to the point I believe his current rating correctly shows how he's been playing recently.
If he's better than 1600, then win some more games. Pretty simple. Underrated he certainly is not.
