    Fun....?

You play Monopoly for fun, you play Scabble for fun.
You go to work get married and have kids for fun.

Chess is a living breathing entity that demands from you everything.
It's a demon that can only satisfied with the blood of victory.

Hi greenpawn and all the others
I can understand you - and know the good feeling, when the blood runs down
my fingers, when taking a skull ( What a laugh when I read your answer )
I made a difference between tournament (and clan) game and private games.
In tournaments skulls are wellcomed, I play to win, which way ever.

    But private games?
I play for the fun of the game regardless who wins ( as long as I win of course)
Its a personal decision, I will not take timeouts in private games.
And lick my fingers in tournaments

    Hi AFX

You sound like a well balanced decent person.

This game is for nutcases, ghouls and creatures who shy the sun.

It's no coincidence that the players at the top are totally mad.

I agree. I will click skulls when it looks like the person isn't interested in continuing. I was talking about times well before that.

Perhaps you are laboring under a false assumption as to what I meant. I have read things indicating that quite a few people do enjoy winning by timeout, but that's just fine -- that's their privilege. But I wasn't implying that the people who responded were saying that; I was only saying what my preference is.

Huh? What?! Where does it say that? If there's money involved, then my inclination to click skulls will certainly increase.
