My advice: don't whine about it like a little school kid. You don't need your opponent's approval or permission to win a game. He wants you to stop messaging him, so stop. If he harasses you in the future, on the other hand, report him to the moderator for violating the terms of use; when we play here, we agree not to
"Post, email or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;"
If the moderator deems it sufficiently offensive, the player will be banned.

Put him on your ignore list and never play him again.
If you are not cheating (if you are you are pretty bad at it) you have nothing to worry about and it is not worth the effort.
There is always a group of losers who accuse evreryone who beats them of cheating. Experience shows that such losers are often cheats themselves and cannot understand how someone can beat their engine.
Based on the description of the queen exchange it's probably this game: Game 3575168. I doubt anyone was using an engine.

Valid point, for example: TRACKHEAD21. He often accused people of using engines on him and said he hated it. He was once ranked in the top five, quit, and mounted a comeback, made it back to the top 20, whereupon he was banned for engine use himself!
