I recently discovered a site by icelandic GM Henrik Danielsen,
He posts lots of videos there with lessons on 1. f4
plus 3 minute games he played on the ICC
The site is packed with informative and moreover, fun videos to watch

Well, Danielsen plays them both, so I think for you it is well worth checking out
