Don't PM the person that clicked on the skull and whine about it, it just adds to their general satisfaction and can even make them LOL.

If you do it however and get an ironic reply, do make a thread to have the whole site glee.
I love this thread. Them's the rules. Period. If you didn't want to lose that way (being timed out) you're every bit as responsible as the other guy. If something is going on beforehand let the person know. My profile is ALL ABOUT how prepared I am to be understanding if I am KEPT INFORMED. Otherwise, it's a game and you lost.
i usually don't click skulls...
i'm here to play nice games, but i understand other people like the more "competitive" approach.
of course i do click skulls if i got no answer to my hello, or if the guy was lost...else i just send a reminder and wait a bit
But that doesn't mean i would whine if i got skulled !
actually i lost one like that...was on vacation, and since i'm not a member i don't have the "vacation" option...the game was complicated, interesting, and roughly level...
But i didn't PM my opponent because i know he was perfectly in his right. i followed this previously given advice ...shut up and went on my way ;o)
That said in OTB competition if my opponent's flag falls i let him no chance! just a different, more casual approach here.
