This was a three minute blitz game but I couldn't see a finish for black and didn't understand why my opponent resigned... is there a forced finisher here?

I don't see anything for black either. Maybe white didn't see the pawn on h7, only seeing the queen and rook battery? He'd be in trouble then... but as it is I'd say white is probably better (being a 2 pawns up).

seems like lots of options for black and white is in a straitjacket.

Black has Rg8 next move threatening Rxf4, after that he attacks f2 with bishop

White cannot move the knight because of Qc6

resigning in 3 min blitz is always wrong. when that is said you had a very good position and it's hard to find good moves for white.

I wouldn't bother. Probably it's just the guy's boss that knocked on the door or something...

Maybe not a finish, but, after a move from white (which) black can attack with Rook x f4,(w) gxf,(b) Queen G line and it will be very difficult for white. (my opinion.
