is anyone content with their rating?

is anyone content with their rating or are we all greedy humans that all want to be higher and higher and better and better?

Iv always been happy with my rating, just not content with the amount I know about chess...........I want to know everything 😛

20 years ago I hit the Expert level OTB (briefly) and also Expert in correspondence chess, then realized I wasn't going to be a Master, or if I did, it was going to require more work than I cared to put in. Quit STUDYING and became content just to PLAY. So, I guess the answer is yes.

i've never been content. i was 1100 and then i said to myself i'd be happy if i was 1300 and i reached it then i was like i want to be 1500 reached it now i reached 1600 and still want more. the rating isn't what i want but hte knowlidge and with that comes the higher rating.

I think the rating isn't so important, it's more that I want to be content with my gaming. There are some situation I want to handle better and so.

Nope!I should be rated at least 400 points higher but my opponents refuse to co-operate 😉
