I`m playing 5 games at the moment, but only 4 show up in `my games`.
To get to the fith game I have to click on `games waiting`.
I have just finished the fith game and can`t put it into a folder. In fact, I can`t do anything with it, because it`s not there.
I have posted this fault in the Help forum - I sent details in the `feedback` access, but have received no replies from whoever is running this site.
Is somebody running this site?
Moderators are frequently mentioned in posts here, but do they exist.
I might have been better off playing for nothing and saving my money.

in the "5th" game, is there an opponent? I mean, is it an open challenge you made that hasn't been accepted?

The only other idea that I have is ... are you using Internet Explorer version 8? Apparently there are bugs with that and this site.

You haven't accidentally moved the game into your archive folder per chance?
Otherwise I don't have a frickin clue I'm afraid

It was working previously, so IE is not to blame - I did take it to the help forum, but the only replies were from other members. Unfortunately, nothing suggested had any effect.
i received no replies from management - even contacting them directly.

If click on "my home" you should be able to find it under the heading "games finished within the last 10 days" click on it and it should take you to the game. Then go up to the address bar and at the tail end of the page address should be a group of numbers, this is the game ID. Post that here so some of us can see if we can hunt it down.

This is the game id. I can find it in my profile but it didn`t show up in my inbox, when I was playing it and when it was finished.
Because of this I can`t put it into a folder.
I`ve just noticed that I have a 5 game limit set.
Perhaps if I change this to 6 it might be a temporary fix.

I have never had such a problem. Maybe check to make sure you don't have any filters on preventing it from showing up ?

Are you really above 10 or 13 or whatever the minimum age that is required to play on the site?
