Just copy this example, but replace the video id with your own. The bolding is just showing you the important characters you have got wrong previously.

Your games are interesting.
May I ask: What is your study plan when you're not competing?
@mchill
hey there ! thanks for your response, much appreciated. I look at games in books and play through the games to get ideas.
I have started to do daily puzzles online about an hour each day.
Playing through openings that I am using for competitions to keep sharp with them.
@RooksandHooks saidGood idea - Those puzzles can be a bit daunting at times, but they'll help you improve.

You might want to check out the last 4 vid's this young lady did on a solid study plan. She went from beginner to 2000 in 2 years. 🙂
P.S. Sorry, but I'm not playing chess until 2025. Taking a few months off to recharge and do some studying myself.
Their is no difference between the studying of any chess players. We all use the same content to try and improve. You either have talent (rise quickly and plateau) or you don't have any talent and you're below 1400 forever no matter what you try.
Alekhine said everyone is born with a certain amount of chess ability and it's up to each person to maximize their ability. Going beyond that will never happen.
Those courses where they want you to pay for chess are no different than snake oil salesmen from the 1850's
@thedogandthecello saidI think what Alekhine says is true for everything.

Don't agree with the snake oil analogy though.
Courses should help one improve to some extent.
The snake oil was just a con and only sometimes worked physiologically for the victims
