I've been watching this video YouTube&feature=related and I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what the commentator is saying about 6:50. First he says that the idea is Rf1. But then he goes on to analyze other moves and says nothing about the actual Rf1. I think black would get the white queen for nothing there. Is that incorrect?
White trades his queen for the rook and is material ahead although then black plays Nb3 and its pretty unclear from my point of view... maybe black wants more than that.
OK, I think this is the stupidest question I've ever asked. And I've asked some stupid questions. I didn't see that white takes the rook. I should take up something easier like hole-digging or maybe arm-raising, instead of chess.
