You played to slow and reluctantly in important moments.
...Bd7? was blunder, there was no time for it; you should have moved ...b5 and attack immediately.
...a6?! was pretty slow also, you should have attacked White's center with Pawns.
Even earlier, 6. ...Re8 was unnecessary, why not 6...Nc6 or 6...Bg4?
