Well, what is it?
My rents insist on getting me a birthday present every year no matter how much financial trouble they are in or how old I get. They missed it this year so they want to give me a late present and I have given up protesting against them so to teach them a lesson I am gonna request something I want that is not TOO expensive but reasonably ...[text shortened]... s book but I really want the Soltis' book on the pawn structure.. but I forgot the name of it.)

Oki napi, nitsiitsitapiinihka'sim Sik Poonisayi;
Tahkaa kiisto?
😀
And don't even ask yes I'm Chiricahua Apache, from the line of Cochise and Geronimo...
still not sure what your questions to Tomtom have to do with chess.

Greetings from Athens, Greece although I understood not your salute.

Originally posted by black beetleWell I guess Siksika is alot like Lakota. Interresting how some dialects are so much alike. I was saying in Apache, Hello and just seeing if you or your friend spoke it.. it is asking your nation or tribe.

I alway find it interresting to do language exchange. My father even though he was not enlisted in one branch of the military.. He was part of the code talker, cause chiricahua apache is very very close to Navajo. So he told them how to defuss bombs and other explosives.
So has Akayokaki given you an Indigenous name??
mine is Osa Natchuma Cochise.. Osa is hawk Natchuma is a phoenix bird ( firebird) and Cochise is the main bloodline.
my daughter is Ti Osa Natchuma Cochise. Ti Osa is little hawk.. When she has a daughter her indigenous name will have to have Osa in it some shape of form ( we are a matriatrical society)
My significate other a teacher in the personal chess training.. Badwater
is Kaoze means river... His daughter is Venesta = little flower... his son ( a fiery red head) is ZumaNatchay firespirit...
so I am in class with my s/o to learn chess I am still trying to connect dots.. the personal chess trainer is helping out some. Although chess is yet to totally rock my boat, even if it is a war game in a small way.. ( i rather fight in person lol )
Maybe when every you get to states I can arrange to take you to a pow wow. 😏

I have the impression that Siksika sounds not like Lakota; also I think that Lakota/ Nakota/ Dakota and Siksika were enemies.
My nationality is Greek, however some ancestors of mine were from Sicily.
Akayokai gave me not a Siksika name but I was able to translate "black beetle" in Siksika (Sik = Black, Poonisayi = Beetle) thanks to his efforts to help his native language alive.
I have a conversation with your chess trainer Badwater at another thread, he looks an open minded and open hearted man. I would rather avoid to fight against a Chricahua with by bare hands, so learn chess quickly and then we may happily pin and fork each other😀
Kitaakitomattsino, Osa Natchuma Cochise🙂
See you again, Firebird Cochise🙂
