Can the London system be played against anything black dishes out?

1.d4
2.Nf3
3.Bf4 etc etc

it can .. but it most certainly shouldn't

for instance 2. Nf3 is a pretty bad response to 1. .. e5

I use Victoria system since it is the capitol of my becautiful country, Seychelles and wife of my favorite soccer player David Beckham.

Victoria system is very effective against the London system.
