I felt like mine was a bad position,so I played for the draw which however was offered by my opponent.
Despite many errors during the opening and middle game, where do you think I lost the game in the end game?
Any thoughts are welcome,thanks.

40.Ra8 threatening 41.b6 if his rook stays on the a-file,if not you simply capture a7 with check resulting in a passed pawn on b5.Then,when his king comes over to collect that pawn, which I think he must sooner or later, you just give it up to clean up his kingside.
It's not as easy as I just said, but playing it that way might give you winning chances.Though I think with best play from both sides it's a draw.Tricky business those rook endings.

Sir Lot.

Not quite. If after 41.Ra8 black plays Ra5! then 42.b6 fails on axb6 covering the rook. I think that the move made, 41.Rd7+ was a safer way to draw.

35.Qf4 was clearly an error and could have cost the game. 35.Qf2 was the move to make.

White did well to come back from a lost position around move 20. It all went wrong a bit in the early middlegame (from move 10 on).

Black should have won this position. 37...Ra4?,dropping the d pawn was a bad mistake. He should have played 37...Kf7,followed by Ke6,and I don't see how White survives-that Queen-side majority isn't going anywhere.
