it looks a bit tricky, but probably black should be fine. megadatabase 2007 doesn't have a single game for 1.c3 f5 2.h3 though, so I wonder if I'm missing something blindingly obvious which simply kills white?
as a sidenote, I just love it when people play the e4 & g4 sacs against my leningrad. they're my bread & butter. often something like this happens:
slow, miserable suffocation. 🙂
