OK your opponent made a silly error but you played a sound
opening that tempted him into a blunder.
One wee quibble 16...Nf4 instead of 61...h5 would have shook him.
(always look to cover the flight squares when hunting Kings).
He would have to give up his Queen to avoid mate.
There was also a standard blitz trap you could have set him.
12...Bd6 instead of 12...Qd6.
If 13.Qxd5 then 13...Bxh2+ wins the Queen.
