Poor old tequila, he is not only going to lose alot of points to you but, judging by the position he has against patrick, he wont get through this round of the tournament either.
Elegent...saccing the knight instead of capturing the forked rook...I just don't think I could have seen past the nabbing the rook to look for other lines...nice one.
e.g. 24 Rxc6 bc6 25. gxh4 f3 26. Qe4 Qxh4 27. Qxc6 Qh3 28. Qb4+ and I couldn't figure out whether white got perpetual check without spending more time analyzing.
I think black is still on top, but I'm not sure its as clear.

I haven't looked at it all that closely, but the immediate 24...f6 looks pretty deadly to me.
What I like the best about this game is that he played the English , which is usually notorious for slow materialistic play with white avoiding any risks - you are a credit to attacking players everywhere.
