I know I need to convert to a pgn, but have no idea how to do it. Could I get some assistance?

The game notation needs move numbers.
I'll add some in notepad and see what happens.
wait....
Edit 1.
1.e4 e5 2.nf3 nc6 3.Bb5 h6 4.0-0 nf6 5.nc3 d6 6.d4 exd4 7.nxd4 nxd4
I stopped here 7...Nxd4 is wrong becuse the Knight on c6 is pinned.
(done this blind and have had few Sunday night pints but I'm sure I'm right).
🙁
I tried, but failed to find the missing moves. Something is missing.
3. Bb5 then we don't know what happened to the bishop, but it couldn't be on b5 later because of the pin on c6 and the later move 10. Bb5+
Maybe 3. Bc4 instead of Bb5 and 22. d3 is not possible so it must be a typo. It should be d4.
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bb5 h6
4. 0-0 Nf6
5. Nc3 d6
6. d4 exd4
7. Nxd4 Nxd4
8. Qxd4 c5
9. Qd1 Be6
10. Bb5+ Nd7
Black castling was a huge mistake. He should have pushed d4!! And of course, Qd8 was the fatal error.
Hey, the person who makes the next to the last mistake wins!! Glad you pulled off a win after suffering heavy losses. Maybe you should be called Stonewall Jackson and this was your Shenandoah Valley campaign!!
I also like 27. Rxh6+ Kxh6 28. Qh5#
Another line is 28. Qxh6# in the original game score.
or 29. Qxh6#
or 30. Qxh6+ Qxh6 31. Rxh6#
14. Nd5! was a great outpost. This would have prevented the push to d5 that caused so much of a problem in white's position.
15. Be3 was a huge mistake. Not just tactically, but strategically.
15. ... d4 would have been decisive. Not only winning a piece, but winning an open d-file from which black could deliver a devastating assault with his major pieces.
16. Bxh6 was fun, but it was not worth the risk. It not only won a piece, but also opened the g-file for black's major piece to directly attack the white king's position.
After Re3 black played way too slow. With open diagonals black could have easily mobilized his forces (like a railroad using the Stonewall Jackson analogy). He is using the back roads through the wilderness while the interstate highway on the g-file is abandoned. Nimzowitsch teaches us a lot about open files in My System.
As Nathan Bedford Forrest said, "Get there first with the most men."
Black still had a lot of options. 26. ... Qd8 was just a blunder.
Don't take my critical remarks the wrong way -- it was still a beautiful win!
By the way, here is the corrected score:
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 h6
4. 0-0 Nf6
5. Nc3 d6
6. d4 exd4
7. Nxd4 Nxd4
8. Qxd4 c5
9. Qd1 Be6
10. Bb5+ Nd7
11. Re1 a6
12. Bd7+ Qxd7
13. Bf4 Be7
14. e5 d5
15. Be3 0-0
16. Bxh6 gxh6
17. Qd2 Bg5
18. f4 Be7
19. Re3 f5
20. Rg3+ Kh7
21. Rf1 Rg8
22. Rh3 d4
23. Ne2 Bd5
24. Rf2 Rg6
25. Ng3 Rag8
26. Qd1 Qd8
27. Qh5 Qf8
28. Kf1 Bf7
29. Nxf5 Rxg2
30. Qxf7+! Qxf7
31. Rxh6#
1-0
White to move and win. Move 27. Mate in 2.
