Ok, you guys made a point that it could have been a bug. I never thought of that. I will admit that I had sent two feedbacks to them as nicely as I can. The third one, I was so pissed off by then that I never received a reply from them that I sent them a nasty feedback to them. Sending them one message should have been enough and one message SHOULD be sent to them, not more than one if they are really serious about solving problems which they have not done with my game.

We now know that it is a bug responsible for this involuntary draw offer and not any ill-minded moderators. You didn't offer a draw offer, not even by misstake. That is clear now when we have two cases of wich one of them isn't even near a real draw.
Please calm down. Things maybe happen behind the scenes that neither you or me knwos nothing about. So please...

I am sorry I don't specifically remember this game, however I'm pretty sure I offered a draw and it was accepted.
If this had been a glitch, I would have also wondered what happened (which I didn't). It came as no surprise at the time, so I had assumed the draw was accepted.
Maybe a wrong click?

Look at my case in Game 4150650 my opponent was very surprised to get a draw offer at the same time he stood in check and about to lose his queen. Read my postings in this thread from page 6 and further of this strange story.
I think it is definitely a bug. I've sent feed backs the 3rd of january but I haven't got any return comments yet.

Vietasian did the last move, only after ones own move you are able to offre a draw. Vietasian says he did not offer the draw, and I believe him. The bug did.
